Keeping my number

I have received my new pay monthly sim but have tried for 4 days using the online form to keep my pay and go phone number but nothing has been done and i don’t know how else to sort this hope someone can advise meThank you

cancel contract

i have paid all my contract off and want to upgrade to a sim only its giving me the option to upgrade to a new phone but not sim only. please help i cannot contact anyone via phone to help me resolve this.

Phone Upgrade

I am due an upgrade, but I am happy with my phone, so what I want to do is get a new phone using my upgrade options, but keep using my existing phone and give the new phone to my son (he is on EE). Is that possible?
