Claiming credit given by o2

I’ve had a dreadful time with o2 recently as they took my bill payment twice and then sent threatening debt letters saying I hadn’t paid my bill! after many phone calls I finally got somewhere and they stated they had put £75 credit on my account for the money I’d lost. I can’t find this anywhere on my o2 account and getting through during this time is a nightmare. Does anyone know how I can either claim this as a payment to my bank or use to pay future phone bills? Many thanks

First you need to see if it's on your bill Guide: How do I know my Community reward has been applied? (follow this process to see credits). If it's there, you need to call O2 to transfer to bank account.
