If it was the extra £100 on top of the  recycling amount then you need to call customer service I'm afraid

You will get a voucher when you send your phone for recycle.

Hi again,

My phone was recycled but still no voucher and no information whatsoever can be found on the website. I can't get through to anybody on the phone either because of Covid-19. Is there anything else I can do?
