Checking allowance left

I'm trying to find out how many minutes I use each month as I'm on unlimited contract but it's turned into £60+ p/m mostly due to VAT. It keeps saying look on the my O2 app but I can't find anything it just says you have unlimited left. My contract will be up soon and I would prefer a lower tariff but I might actually use my allowance already which is why I want to find out. Any ideas? Thanks

Unlimited minutes is just that in the uk. A fair usage policy exists where they would contact you although I've never heard of o2 doing so.

Texts are around 12,000

You could check with O2 Cs to clarify what your actual usage pattern is by ringing 202.

Also you can check in MyO2 online.

Navigate to recent charges.

What i've used and then click on voice calls and it will then show you the total.

You can do the same with SMS messages.

Don't do this via the MyO2 app but by logging in online.

The link is at the top of the forum page.

Hi HollyAnn

If your bill is much higher it may be because you are making calls to numbers not included in your price plan.

Your unlimited calls are for numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03 and uk mobiles. If you are calling 08 or 09 numbers or any international numbers these are NOT included and are charged separately.

Hope that helps
