My 8 week old Nokia Lumia 735 stopped charging and after various attempts by 02 chat and 02 shop, phone was returned on Wednesday for 02 to test/repair. I have an email with the repair number and a website address to check they have received the phone but the website doesn't seem to work. Anyone know how to check????

Presumably you have been given this website : https://selfserve.o2repairtracking.co.uk/
If it isn't working you can only really contact customer service or the store if that's where you took it for repair.

Thank you that's a different site to the one on rptge email from 02. I have checked but doesn't appear phone has got back yet, sent in post with label printed from email. Will check again on Monday. Thanks again.
