Contact numbers here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255 or pop in your local store.
Thanks

Always worth checking Uswitch in such circumstances :-

At the time of writing, they had :-

Depending how much data you actually need, there are two or three options thereon for you to consider.

You can't use uswitch unless you are out of contract as they will charge you a penalty for early termination.

If you are still in contract you need to speak to O2 or see if you can flex your tariff in your MyO2.

https://www.o2.co.uk/refresh/flexible-tariffs (only possible if on a refresh plan).
