I payed 18 pound this morning and my bill was 38 pound and I paid 20 a hour and half ago but 40 has been taken instead of the 20 so I would like a refund of that money

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Although by the time you're refunded, next months bill will be due and the credit you have now will be used for that.
