Essentially I recently upgraded to a phone and sim monthly contract, the tarrif was displayed as £33 a month + VAT which is £7.60 which totals £40.50 but I was charged £45.58, yet I have no extras that cost currently and I have a £0 spending cap. I haven't sent any mss or used any services that would cause it to go up. Anyone have any ideas?

Yur first bill is made up of a pro rata charge between your old and new tariffs so is often a litle higher because of this.

If there are no additional charges on your bill it should be at the advertised rate next month.
