I have just received my bill and it was particularly high this month, I notice that my amazon prime video offer has expired, and for some reason I have been charged two lots of £4.99 to continue with prime video? Has anyone else had this?.I've been trying to get on the chat but keeps saying they are busy.

@-PinkyPunky- If you didn't turn off auto renew you will be charged
Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras . However you should only be charged once so you
need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
