I did not realise I would automatically be charged for the next month. I am in Africa now and the tariff I was on does not even work here. Can I get a refund?? It was £15.00 charged that I can't even use 😞

I very much doubt you will get a refund, and why do you think you are owed a refund??  And there are no refunds on PAYG

 

To cancel the PAYG Tariff just remove your card from myo2.


Roaming in Africa is not included in any tariff and always will cost extra... 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

2nd post today where the customer made a mistake but expects O2 to pick up the tab 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
