I always use my charge to mobile for App Store purchases and in app purchases.

I used to be able to spend up to £200 and I have never had any issues. Recently, despite my limit being set to £300 I am only able to charger up to £20.

o2 have confirmed there are no restrictions and appear to be dumbfounded by the issue.

Has anyone here experienced this issue recently and/or have a solution.

Hi, as mentioned above I have no restrictions and my spend limit is set to £300 I also have no spend cap. The guide you provided all the steps have already been followed.

I had no issues spending previously ie App Store purchases. However, recently I am being prevented from spending no more than £20. O2 customer services maintain there stance there are no restrictions and I should be able to spend up to £300.

Reach out to O2 via Social Media for them to check, @theashjordan - the best links to use, and prompt them periodically until an agent engages with you, are:

Funnily, a lot of the MyO2 on-line weirdness I was having after the ill-fated and dreadfully-executed 360 migration has disappeared since I "upgraded" to SIMO recently, @madasaf1sh - and only my account, no linked devices or other PAYGs etc, in my MyO2.

Perhaps there should be a "reset and realign" that O2 can apply to badly-behaving MyO2 accounts... 🤔

So you’re only able to spend up to £20 too?

I did receive an email to say my limit was £300 and I checked for bars and there are none.

when did this happen to you? It happened to me at the start of November

It may have something to do with the migration of there services recently and it’s an unidentified issue.

my query is with the back office team allegedly.

I expect yours is the same as others on here, with it happening as you were migrated to the 360 billing platform. This has caused multiple problems for everyone. I don't have a spend cap so I'm not affected.

@Kei-M_O2can this be reported please?
