I am paying too much on pay monthly and want to change to pay as you go.  Device is paid for.  Chat person taking too long to help, saying check other deals.

If your airtime contract is up, good idea look around.  Lots of good deals.  Careful to keep your number read this guide take your time

Do not cancel as you risk losing your number.

Pop in store with photo ID and they will swap you over whilst you wait.
