Hi, I want to update both my monthly sim only contract, and my sister's (that she has just completed and is now paying an extortionate amount for not much data), to the 100gb for £20 offer on now. As live chat is down and Upgrade offers only seem to include phones, will I have to phone up for this, we both want to keep our current numbers.

Choose the Upgrade Now option

Then scroll to select sim only deal

That will give you this page

Hi thanks for the replies. I can see the sun only upgrade option now.

One question, if we want to stick with our current phone number and SIM card and just want to upgrade the SIM only contract, and do not want to receive a new sim card, this upgrade will just update the contract without needing a new sim?

Cheers, happily got Disney plus for 6 months and a reduced price overall, though it looks like my unlimited web bolt on from 2009 (3G only) still applies too...!

Tomorrow I will try and get my family group issues sorted, thanks all
