Changing Mobile Number

I recently got a pay monthly contract but want to keep my old phone number, i have filled out the online form on the O2 website and also received my code from BT (my old network) the o2 website says that it should change the next working day, but it hasn't worked. i did this on Saturday 12th and my number still hasn't changed. 

 

Can anybody help??

Hi a-evans

Sorry to hear it is taking longer than it should, something does not sound quite right.

What I would recommend in this case is ring 202 from your phone which is free call and let the customer service agent complete the process.
