On Friday 15th November I recieved an email from 02 Stating that the Services and and Price Changes are changing.
From 9th Jan 2025 I'll be moving onto the latest version of our Pay Monthly Aggrement, I am currntly paying £8.95 per month (Sim Only)
It Say there's nothing for me to do as these changes will be applied automatically from 9th Jan 2025.
But then at the bootom of the email it says this is this just for the device Payments or for Sim Only.

If you want the instalment plan to continue you must call us and ask an agent to continue the device payments monthly for you, if you decide to leave without calling and arranging this first, your device instalment plan will end, and you’ll need to pay it off in full. |

Your device plan remains the same and the rider at the footer is in case you decide to end your airtime without first calling customer service. In that case you would have to pay off your device plan in full
If you want to leave and cancel your airtime then you need to call if you wish to carry on paying off your device plan monthly
If you do nothing then the changes automatically applied on the 1st Jan 2025 and the increase in airtime applied on your April bill
