Hello I would like to know how I can change my payment date so I don’t miss any more payments

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Also check in your MyO2 as you might be able to do it there under bills if on the new system.

@Kai6 When you speak to Payment Management, set up a Direct Debit (which is what you're supposed to do, and there's absolutely no reason not to) and you won't miss any more payments. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
