You need to talk to O2 Customer Services, on 202 if you are contract.

Other contact numbers here, @Charlottelovesd :

https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

You can get a change of number only once for free, as far as I remember.

Good luck. And animated-welcome-image-0033.gif

O2 only allow one free change @Charlottelovesd

After that they charge £30.

You can get round it by taking a new contract with a new number if your current contract has run it's minimum term.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Sorry to hear that, exes can sometimes be a real pain but the police should be doing more to help you.

@Charlottelovesd  I think you need to find out how your ex is getting your number if you've changed it twice already.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Charlottelovesd

We can't as this is just a community forum.

You need to call 202 around 8.00am to ask customer service.
