My daughter is on a school trip in France.
i have just realised she has a spend cap on but to remove it I need the security code they keep sending her.
she doesn’t seem to be receiving messages or calls so can’t get a code from her.
how can I change my account so the codes come to my Vodafone number?

This section should let you add a second number in order to receive the OTP to your number, if you can get signed in:

What does she need to spend money on? In France, calls text and data (up to 25GB) should be the same as her UK allowance.

I can access the account online but everything I try to do texts her an access code which I can’t get. Am hoping to get an answer from O2

Whatsapp should work as long as she has a data connection. I doubt if it is anything to do with O2 as we have members here who use it as their main means of communication.
