Unable to pay my monthly payment by card due to error on the webpage

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I’m having the same problem, bill was due yesterday 😬 you can call 0800 9541384 and pay the airtime but no way of paying for device plan 😢
