Hi, I’m trying to pay for my 15£ rolling plan but it’s keep failing, says we couldn’t take the payment please check your card details. I have tried 2 different cards I have money on them and I’m actively using them. I entered the details correctly.

Either check with your bank, and just make sure there isn't a security intervention been done on the payments, also they need to be UK issued cards.
You can also try calling customer services on 4445 and see if they can see an issue as well.
