New Sim Keep number?

Just about to sign up to another sim only deal via a price comparison site and would like to keepo my existing number on my new sim.

 

I searched the o2 website but cant find anything about keeping an existing number on the same network with a new deal.

If not able to upgrade you can migrate your old number to the new account Guide: Migration & porting into O2  

There may be additional costs for early cancellation doing it this way.

You can Text INFO to 85075 to find out.

Lots of people use Uswitch for this @jasons6930 

Does your account tell you that you can upgrade? If yes, then find the deal you want and as you go through it will ask if you are upgrading. Click yes and it will take you to the o2 website where you can login and it will have the same deal.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
