Hi, I pay monthly for a Sim Card that goes into my Router for mobile Wi-Fi on a boat to work my Laptop.

When I try to access my O2 Account they send me a 6 Digit Security Code to the phone number on my Sim that's in the Router, so I have no idea what the Code is, as I don't have a phone with O2.

There is no option to change the phone number, except to send more codes.

O2 think that the Sim is for a phone, even though I keep telling them its for a Router.

Any ideas how I can get into my account, thanks in advance.

@Tillerman The only way to get the code is to put the sim in a phone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Tillerman

Your router has a control panel which when accessed, will show you any sms messages received.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
