Hi @Sowon
Keep checking via this route https://status.o2.co.uk/
Download the app and report it https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
There is also two community guides here which helps with network issues
Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?
Hope that helps and welcome to the forum

It's understandable if there is a mast problem. Presumably this issue is just in the one area. If not then have your sim card replaced free at your local O2 store.
