Cannot make outgoing calls

I cannot make calls or texts.  I get a message saying my calls are being transferred and then the line goes dead!!  I am a key worker and I need to keep in touch with work and I am uable to do this!  My bill is all up to date and I hae a £0 balance.....plese can someone help?

I'm still unable to make calls or texts.  It's very frustrating as I need my phone for work as I am a keyworker!!!!

Have you tried restarting your phone since last night?
Are all your bills up to date?
If yes to both, try calling customer services to ask them.

You can get through to O2 by borrowing a phone, using a landline or downloading Skype

I have tried customer services and was told by an automated service that I have an outstanding amount of £0....... what do I do now????

Have you restarted your phone?
Have you checked the status.o2.co.uk and put in your post code to see if there are any local issues?
