Ive not been able to pay my last bill and my device has been disconnected and everything has been cut off. But i spoke to a o2 assistant and they had arranged for my device and everything to go back to normal and be useable. But its been 2 weeks and still nothing but my data, minuets and calls are saying their working on my o2 app but not when i try on my phone. What can i do and i have no means of being able to ring o2 as my phone aint working

Trying turning your phone off and on again.
There was also a network issue yesterday which may have interfered.
If still not working then you have to call again...

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
