How on earth do you cancel your payments? I spent 40 mins text 'chatting' to an advisor to cancel my monthly subscription. As it looked like taking less timee I agreed to go pay as you go, but payments are still being taken from my account 3 months later!

 

Now I spend 10 mins navigating the website looking for a way to cancel as no advisors are available... any ideas?

You went wrong by using "chat". Always call and speak to CS (when they're not busy!).....
