For the past 2 days, 'My O2' (on this website) hasn't been showing any of my pay monthly contract details apart from my name & mobile phone number... When I click the 'show balance', 'view my bill' etc nothing happens, it just takes me back to the main 'My O2' page that just shows my very basic information.
What can I do about this? I don't have the app on my mobile phone however.

Call 202 and ask yhem to check why you can't access your details,

Ask O2 if they can help by calling 202.
