I've just bought a contract phone online two days ago - just realised I can't find my passport so im unable to pick it up. The guy said he can't do anything before I cancel my current contract. My current phone is broken and I seriously don't know how to go about this. Any help?

@DerbhlaCancel here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract You need to explain to O2 that your old phone can't receive texts.
Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that– message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I had a similar problem and rearranged it so it was delivered instead. Although having a passport is practically mandatory these days. Even when using public lavatories.....j/k
