I have built up loads of credit on my PAYG account and now want to stop auto top ups. Despite the online info saying it can be cancelled at any time I just can't find how to go about it. Does anyone know???
No, it doesn't help. You can't "go to auto-topup" because it isn't an option. You can go to "top up", but that is just for setting up a new top-up not editing or cancelling the existing one.
