Can anyone help, I am trying to cancel a bolt on which renews next month. Everything says do it in MyO2 but I have nothing showing the means to cancel it, only to add on more bolt ons.  Can anyone therefore direct me to where on the MyO2 page I can find a cancellation request?  I tried calling 202 but as it is not an urgent query, the call disconnected by them.

Thanks

I have been trying to cancel my international bolt on and there is no way online.  Google tells me to click on 'View my bolt ons'.  There is no such link.  O2 is set up to sell bolt ons but not cancel them.  Very unpleasant company to work with.  The 202 number is not helpful.  So I go on paying £3 per month for something that was set up for my daughter for 1 month.  I will have to go on trying to get it cancelled and wasting my time.  Tells me don't buy anything from O2.
