Hi, I cancelled my contract on 28th August, I left my direct debit open to take the final payment... Then the next month another payment went, I phoned 02 and was told the account was still active.. I told them when I called and the Duration of the call and at what time I made the call.. They put me through to 3 different people until I got through to Sharon. She was very nice, she cancelled the contract immediately and put a note on my account and I cancelled the DD. I've just got a text off 02 saying they couldn't take the payment and I will be charged £3.50 if I don't pay in 4 days.. Can I get through on the phone..?? No I can't.. As usual..

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
