Do it in your online banking or talk to your bank.

edit. Make sure your final payment is taken first though which is 30 days after cancellation.

Can I ask you why you thought this was O2 Customer Services ?

Did you try to find an email address contact to report your loss in writing ?

There is an ongoing discussion about this as there are a lot of customers using the Community believing they are contacting O2 Customer Services so your input would be valuable in resolving these problems.
