I ended my contract 2 month early, was told i had to pay £110.93,but they hit me for £183,after several calls to accounts, they say they don't have recording of my conversation with their representative,I even have an app on my phone which recorded the call but they wernt interested, when this contract ends my association with O2 ends,il go with another network provider, not being ripped of by these robbing c--ts ever again.
