I had a direct debit with O2 for the monthly rolling contract. I called O2 early August to inform them that I was cancelling the DD as was leaving the UK for good. Agreed to pay the final bill (and did). I left the UK about 6 weeks ago but have just received another bill - this isn't covered by the virtual assistant ...
