Opened an account yesterday and waiting SIM card.
Plan was myself and wife and son with virgin and when contacted them as I put of contract no termination fee but my wife and son£80 each. I pointed out we’re told of coming price and if reply within 30 days no termination fee. Virgin said I was wrong. So just going to keep mine with virgin and all under same umbrella. Believe 14 day cooling period so how do I do it.

I'm a bit confused as to who is with Virgin and who O2.
