@Robert95 If you're unable to cancel, you may have to get someone to call customer service on your behalf, but you would need to be present when they called. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Alternatively, if you have an O2 store nearby, you can call in and hopefully someone will be able to assist you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
