Cancel monthly payment

I bought Spotify through my O2 bill what a rip off from spotify ...anyway trying to cancel any future automatic payment as they will not refund me. I don't seem to find how to do so on my O2 app

This is how to do it

If an iPhone

1. Go to the Spotify homepage on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
2. Click on Log in.
3. Enter your account information.
4. Click on Log in.
5. Click on your username.
6. Click on account from the drop down menu.
7. Click on subscription from the menu on the left side....

On Android Devices

How do I cancel my Spotify on Android?

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
3. Click CHANGE OR CANCEL.
4. Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
5. Click YES, CANCEL.

Thank you ... I can't log in on Spotify hence why I am annoyed and they told me I need to contact O2 to cancel my subscription 😫 I am so confused and disappointed ...

@Cp Use the link @Cleoriff provided to call customer service in the morning. Best time to call is 8-8.30 to avoid a long wait on hold.

Why can't you login to Spotify?
Use the forgotten password link to reset it if it's a password issue.
