I contacted o2 over 14 days ago about no signal in my area where I work 10hours a day, they know it's been out. It's been nearly one month now and they just say they don't offer a no fault service.
If I cancel my direct debit will I get changes extra, I'm not willing to pay for a service I'm not receiving and them just ignoring my requests

You'll get a World of pain if you don't pay and you agreed to the T&C's stating a fault free service isn't guaranteed.
Keep reporting issues https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network and use wifi calling if you can https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

Yes, you will it starts with £6 for the missed payment and then it will escalate until they cut you off and send in the debt collectors..
You really should read the terms and conditions of service, where it doesnt guarantee coverage or a fault free service, just like every other mobile company in the UK..
Could it be something has been built which may block the radio signals getting through??
So sorry either look at paying off your contract and move to another network, where you may encounter the same problem or just accept there is no signal where you work...
