Its a customer forum, so I'm afraid we are all customers like you.
Anyway both of those things are done on you handset.
Call 1760 for free to turn off Voicemail.
If you've set up any other diverts then use the cancel option in your phone's menu.

Try dialling ##002#. This is the short code to cancel all diverts, including Voicemail 901.

You then need to dial 1750 to switch voice mail back on or 1710 for text alert instead.

Unfortunately you can't have text alert and 901 together, it's one or the other, whichever you prefer.

Hope the code works for you.

Appreciate your help.

Thank you.

And thank you to prking for your reply too, although I have only just read it! ...Nothing like doing things in reverse order!

Thanks again

If you have set a divert with your handset, its best to cancel it with the handset. This is because some handsets will periodically refresh the diverts. If you have one of those handsets, then using the Service Command will cancel the diverts, only for the handset to set them again sometime later.

This is a new sim card, I normally only use Vodafone, hence I had to look up how to do it and found posts saying o2 had to sort it.

The diverts on the card were set up 'out of the box' they are the standard diverts on the card without any intervention from me; in otherwords I didn't use the handset to set the diverts.

Thanks for the info

That's fine then, you won't need to do anything else as the only divert will have been Voicemail.

Hello,

I'm struggled in Brussels to hear my voice mail.

Could you tell me the right number I have to dial to hear them, please?

Thank you very much.

Kind Regards.
