I’ve been trying to cancel as well using the app and it just comes up with the page you are looking for is lost! Clearly the links aren’t working which means the tiresome task of trying to contact someone that is not a bot

I’ve experienced the different ways of contacting them, unfortunately not with great experiences but thank you for your suggestions. I’m hoping that the powers that be maybe read some of these and realise there are problems with their website and app
