Hi. I'm going round in circles here. For some reason I was put on a business plan (not sure why, can't remember) but I can't see an option to upgrade when I log in. Next month is when I'm due to upgrade. I also have a MyO2 account but all this says is...You don't appear to have any valid products associated with this account. Both of these accounts have my current phone number. I'm so confused.

business customers are on a seperate billing system that is not compatiable with myo2 hence what you see.
You can only upgrade via 8002 or instore and maybe cpw (not sure) not online
If you want to move to a consumer tariff that will allow use of myo2 ring 8002 and discuss the options. you have to start a new personal contract end the old business one and o2 move the old number to new personal contract. I will post help link when I find the relevant page.
