I used to have direct debits set up for the airtime and device for the 4 phones I pay for.
Only one of those phones has a direct debit set up.
I had an amount of money that was being offset against my bill because of a refund.
I have sent forms in and hope they are set up - last month it worked for one of the phones but not mine.
It's annoying as it has worked before and I don't want the hassle.
Also, why can't O2 offer calls like other companies to ask these things. So many people are working from home for other types of companies, it does seem strange a telco can't sort this
