Hello.
As part of my plan i have the option to choose a gift extra like 6 months amazon video. I received a text message on monday 7/12 to say i only have 7 days left to pick, i have been trying all weekend to select this gift but i get the message "Sorry, we weren't able to add your extra. Please try again." Appear instead.
How do i fix this? I only have until tomorrow 14/12 to select it.
Or does anyone have an email address i can message? I have looked online but can't seem to find one. Thanks in advance.
