Can't see my bill online

When I'm signed in to My O2 I can't see my bill (I pay monthly). I have changed my password as it suggests several times but that doesn't work. What else can I do?

There may be something wrong with the website. When I click on "My O2" the icons keep spinning around and never get to show any balance, payment details or anything.
