Can’t receive incoming calls

I’ve recently joined O2 and transferred my number from EE. Today my transfer has happened but I can only call out. I’m not receiving any calls on either my transferred number or original O2 number. I’ve followed all the guidelines and registered my number to my iPhone and continually switch my phone on/ off . And advise please would be appreciated

It can take upto 24 hours.

Just keep rebooting.
