I have not been able to make or receive calls for all of today, please can you let me know when this will be resolved.

I am having the same problem as well, Tried calling myself from a landline and it gives the engaged signal. 

 

I haven't been able to make or receive calls all day, but O2 claim there isn't a fault in the area!!

i have been trying to make calls all day. I need my phone for work especially because i work in community care so my boss may have tried calling me. i have tried rebooting my phone, turning it off then back on. I cant even call customer services to find anything out
