Can't get off my shared data tariff

This is driving me absolutely nuts and I'm about to cancel...

My wife and I are on a shared data plan - combined we are paying well over £50 per month for a shared 20Gb plan.  I want to remove the data sharing and sign up for 100GB tariff for myself and a 20GB tariff for my wife and add the Disney+ to mine.  A combined price of £35 per month.

But there's absolutely no way I can do this online.  The only sim only deal that I'm being offered is laughable.

I try going through the voice automation portal and I get to the point when I press 'need help' to speak to someone about shifting my tarrif and the lovely voice on the phone just says 'goodbye'.

Don't know what to do... suspect the only thing I can do is cancel.

@Scottcrussell, are you in contract on outside of your minimum term.

You should be able to switch to a none sharer plan, but you will only be offered certain tariffs.

If you are mid contract you would need to pay off the contract in order to cancel.

If you are out of contract they should be able to move you to any currently available contract.

live chat are back on line, so you could ask them as well as to what options are available to you.

Hi

thanks... yes, I'm out of contract.  The issue here is that the online store doesn't let me come off a shared plan.  Unfortunately live chat is still offline 😞

cheers
