Hi,

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime.

I'm on PAYG Text and Web tariff.

I don't keep my mobile data on constantly because I rarely use my 'phone for the net and if I do, I use wifi.

I know in order to send or receive MMS I need to switch it on.

I switch it on and it sends MMS no problem.

However if I receive MMS I then have to turn it on and press download. The download bar flashes and I get the "G" appear next to my mobile data symbol but it fails to download.

I've checked settings and all appear correct.

Why can I send but not receive MMS?

Please help because other than this I am very happy with this 'phone.

Thank you.

Well I would never have thought 'Aha'... as I am only able to follow simple instructions LOL

Seriously though Rich... why is that?...and more importantly.... should the guidelines be changed to include it? Confused

Hey, I don't write the guides (for that issue anyway) wink
tbh there are so many variables for MMS settings, I wouldn't want to write one either tongue

Ah well..... it shall forever remain a mystery....

And my suggestion that it be added to the guide was just that.......a suggestion. (as it seems incomplete without it.) #just saying

Oh, that's jonsie's guide - he'll have to ask Toby for editing rights, but it won't always be needed.
