Hi, I want to switch to O2 from my current provider - do I order a sim first, and then port my number, or do I have to port my number first?

@kauthar

You can port in your number at any time you like.

You just need to contact O2 and give your PAC.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thank you - it doesn't, however, answer my question. The pay monthly option I want to purchase doesn't give me the option to port my number at the point of sale.
