@Amy35 It's highly doubtful that O2 will allow you to use your phone for two weeks without paying, not without restrictions at the least. By all means speak to Payment Management. You're already cut off so what's the worst that could happen? Use Skype to call the free phone number from your computer if you have no phone to use: Guide: A Guide to Skype
